Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Zephyrhills, FL. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation and a stable weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Acute Care settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate records using EHR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Perform IV insertions and wound care
• Respond to emergencies and manage critical situations with composure
• Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science
• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Basic Life Support (AHA) or CPR/AED certification (Red Cross), or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Acute Care
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
